SolRise is a community devoted to the awakening, healing and growth of men.
Through gatherings, retreats, immersive programs and mentorship, SolRise creates spaces where men can reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with the deeper rhythms of life. Our work draws inspiration from the cycles of nature and it is our belief that nature has many inspiring role models for men to seek wisdom from.

THERE IS A CRISIS HAPPENING FOR MEN:
In today's society many men are feeling isolated, lonely, depressed and hopeless. The statistics are devastating (see below) and they emphasize the need for urgent action to gather men in safe, inclusive environments with other men to work through these emotions together. Men's groups are not a replacement for therapy nor are they expected to be - the purpose of these gatherings are to provide spaces for men to share what's troubling them, what's on their mind, their hearts and to be held with a sense of brotherhood.

Multiple DatesThu, Jun 25ZoomThis offering is an online monthly men's group open to the public but requires RSVP and confirmation through email prior to zoom link being shared. To uphold the integrity of the container it is required have your camera on during each gathering.
